The main street of the ferry port is called Obala kneza Domagoja, 5 minutes by foot frome the centre of the city. Long this street there are all the piers of local and international ferries, as well as the railway station and the coach station.
Split airport is about 20 Km in direction north-east, between Kastela and Trogir. The coach of Croatia Airlines (25 Kn) ensure the connection with the city.
To reach the center you can also take the bus 37 Trogir-Spalato (15,50 kn) that runs every 20-30 min along the main road; the service comes to the suburban bus station on Domovinskog rata, about 20 min from the city center.
From the airport, reach the center by taxi costs around 160 - 200 Kn. The taxi stops are outside the railway station and from the bus station and at the ends of east and west of Riva.
The tourist office is situated in the historical centre of the city (precisely at Peristil), opened from June until September (Mon- Fry 8 -20, Sat 8-19, Sun 9-13) and from October until May (Mon - Fry 9-17).
