Methods of payment
For on line reservations (directly on our website) we accept credit card and Paypal. For off line reservations (by telephone or mail) we accept credit card or bank transfer.
Data required for reservation
Passengers
- name and surname
- date of birth
- nationality
- ID or passport number
- indication of any special medical care (pregnant women, disabled passengers, etc)
Vehicles
- model
- license plate
- size

Changes
If you want to change your reservation please send us an email to [email protected] with the changes you require. Any changes shall be valid only after a written confirmation from us.
Please note that there is a changing fee (€ 15,00) for every change made to a reservation, plus any increase in fare due to changes to route, number of passengers, date or time.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel your reservation please send us an email to [email protected]. Any cancellation shall be valid only after a written confirmation from us.
Cancellation shall be subject to penalties provided for Jadrolinjia ferries: General terms and conditions Jadrolinija.
Any refunds will take place in the same way in which we received the payment.
In case of reservation made by a travel agency, refound will take place through travel agent.
